Who is a Creator?
A creator is someone who has a Smart Dashboard account, and creates, edits, shares or otherwise manages dashboards. Only creators are counted for licensing purposes.
Who is a User?
A user is someone who has a Smart Dashboard account, and can securely view dashboards that others have created. Users can interact with a dashboard using tools such as filter, exporter, etc. that are provided as a part of the dashboard. Users are not counted for licensing purposes.
Is there a trial period?
Every plan comes with a 15-day trial period during which your card will not be charged.
Is there a contract period?
No, you may cancel your service at any time. You can cancel online or by contacting the support team.
Can I move between plans?
Absolutely. You can move up or down as your business needs change.
Will my subscription be renewed automatically?
Yes, your subscription will be automatically renewed each month.
Who needs an account?
Please note that only Dashboard Creators are counted for licensing purposes, and not the users. Users can securely view any dashboard shared with them.
Do I have to pay extra to access specific data sources?
Smart Dashboard does not charge extra to access specific data sources. If we provide a connector, you can access the data source at no extra charge from us. The data provider may impose additional restrictions and fees as applicable. For instance, if you are using Redshift, you will pay Amazon for Redshift, but there are no charges from Syncfusion for the provision of the connection itself.

Yes. This requires the embedded option to be licensed.
Where does the data live? On Smart Dashboard servers or my servers?
With the on premise edition data always stays under your control.

What is the maximum data storage limit?
There is no data storage limitation for on-premise edition. As data stays on your server for extract mode connections, the storage limit depends on the database server specifications and the object type of data being stored.
