Track Forum Management KPIs
With the card widgets along the top and right side of the dashboard, viewers can review forum management KPIs relating to total and average forum views, posts, replies, and users. Similarly, the New Posts card widget shows the number of new posts this month compared to last month.
Next, a series of graphs detail the number of posts and replies, along with the top threads and forums by views. The “Forecast Thread Posts by Month” spline chart also offers a prediction of the number of posts for the next 3 months based on the number of posts from previous months.
This data can help leaders understand which topics are trending among their users.
Filter Your Data
It is also worth noting that viewers can filter the dashboard’s data by using the “Select Month” drop-down list box in the top left corner of the dashboard. With this filter, viewers can see data for any month or combination of months from the past six months. This feature is especially useful for leaders who want to focus their analysis on a specific time period.
